If you say ten minutes mean it.
Well as I suspected I got my viewing card for Sky tonight and so I called the Sky technician (I refuse to call then engineers) and he said can I call you back in 10 minutes. So twenty minutes later I wonder if he wanted me to call him back and call him no answer. A further ten minutes later I call and he says and I quote "I'm in the middle of a job I'll call you when I'm ready." Which is just rude if you ask me.
If you say 10 minutes mean it, if you mean can I call you when I finish with this person then that is fine with me.... Can you tell he pushed my buttons.

** UPDATE ** 1.5 hours later I am up and running. :) 999 channels of sh1t on the TV to choose from. :()
