New Car

YEAH......

Just fot the news that my car is ready to pick up. YEAH.

Turns out the coil springs in the rear where cracked, and presume that this degredation of stiffness was causing the springs to clash. Yes I asked if they had checked the rest of the springs and they had so lets see. Otherwise there is a 1 year warranty.

I have a new car!

Well I now have a new car.

I went to the dealer after work and picked up my new Saab this evening and its everything I wanted.

Okay I have so far only driven it home but it went really well and I have got on top of most of the systems.

I have also installed a Parrot which hooks the bluetooth on my phone to the hi-fi system in my car.

Sadly the pre-installed microphones in the Saab are either not really wired up or there is something else up so I had to use the one provided with the Parrot kit but it works beautifully and even the voice recognition commands work properly.

I have played with all the features now and I think I have them all pretty much sussed out except perhaps the cruise control.

We will see how it performs on the motorway tomorrow on the way to work and then up to Liverpool on Saturday/
