jpgsawyer: (me!)
Finished

So I have learnt a bunch of things.
  • How to use a router.
  • Drilling holes in the end of bits of timber is hard but I now have a tool to help with that.
  • I can actually use power tools but cutting with a hand saw and mitre box for the planks was actually easier.
  • Using a router to cut slots in the dowels is a good idea and works way better than I thought it would.

If anyone is thinking about making this sort of chair I am hoping to produce a set of notes for Terafan's plans which can be found on his website.

Very pleased.
